711 TRS Access
Reach a TRS operator with 711
If you use the Telecommunications Relay Service (TRS) to facilitate your wireless communications, you'll find AT&T supports abbreviated dialing access to this service. To use it, dial 711 from your wireless phone and you will be connected to a TRS operator in your state who can provide assistance with your call.
As with other calls not routed through the relay service, calls to 711 are charged as regular airtime. Roaming charges may apply depending on where you are calling from and your calling plan. TRS access via 711 is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
