Voice Command on Select LG Phones
Voice command is yet another feature AT&T offers to help make wireless products and services accessible to the visually impaired or blind.
Voice command takes voice recognition to a new level. With this "talking phone" feature, your phone recognizes your voice and carries out your command. Simply say one of the six possible commands, and your phone will help you place calls, retrieve messages and more - simply and seamlessly.
Six simple voice commands
| "Call someone" Just say "call someone" to phone a friend or family member that's listed in your phone address book. When prompted, state the name of the person you wish to call, and then your phone will retrieve the information. From there, you can say:

"Dial number"
Use this command to dial a phone number. When prompted, state the phone number you'd like to dial, then say:
- "Yes" - Place phone call.
- "Cancel" - Cancel the call to this number, and dial a different number.
- "Exit" - Exit voice command.
"Listen voicemail"
Say "listen voicemail" to be automatically connected to your voicemail.
"Missed Calls"
This command gives you a list of phone calls you've missed. From there, you can say:
- "Yes" - Place phone call.
"Messages"
This command displays a list of text messages. From there, just say:
- "Yes" - Place phone call.
"Time and date"
Just say "time and date," and your phone will display the current time and date.

Fine-tune your voice command feature using the mode, train and best match options. Mode
Train The train is also known as training mode. This mode enables voice command to recognize what you're saying more reliably. |
- Command: Enables training mode for commands.
- Answer: Enables training mode for answers.
- Number: Enables training mode for numbers.
Best Match
- One match: When you state a name from your address book, the most likely match will be displayed.
- Four match: When you state a name from your address book, the four most likely matched names will be displayed.
