You can upgrade to a new phone online within myWireless Account by following these instructions. And for information on upgrade discounts, first check out: What is the AT&T Upgrade Advantage?
From the myWireless Account home page, choose the Check Upgrade Options link in the My Services section.
You will see a list of the lines on your account, with the eligibility status for each.
If a line is not eligible for an upgrade with an equipment discount at this time, you will see a message with the date that the line may be eligible, plus a message that you can take advantage of our no-commitment pricing option .
Select the check boxes for all phones that you wish to upgrade at this time then choose the option, Upgrade Selected Lines .
You will see a list of phones and prices. If desired, select a new phone and continue with the upgrade process.
Add any features and accessories.
Complete checkout: provide your billing and shipping information, review your order, then click Submit . Note: If a line is not eligible for an upgrade with an equipment discount at this time but you would like to buy a new phone at the no-commitment pricing option , you can complete your purchase online from the Upgrade page. When using the no-commitment option for your upgrade, an email will be sent to the account holder's email address on file. All preorders will be processed on a "first come, first served" basis beginning June 19, 2009. Customers who preorder online will have iPhone 3GS delivered directly to their home or office; customers who preorder in a store can pick theirs up at the same store on or after June 19.
