Answer: You can check your account balance in any of the following ways:  From your wireless phone by dialing *777#. A text message with your balance will be sent to your phone at no charge.  Log into your account Online. You can get your account balance and manage your account, view and update your personal profile, change your password, and view account history and details. Call 611 from your wireless phone. Once you enter your wireless phone number, you will be given your account balance and next payment date. Call 1-866-499-7888 from a landline phone and choose "Account Balance" from the main menu.
