If a problem can't be solved immediately, a trouble ticket is opened, and ETS is accountable for the issue through resolution.
• Dedicated Government Solutions infrastructure. In addition to providing a government only help desk, we address other government requirements, such as contract compliance and implementation, order fulfillment, and frontline customer support. We've invested heavily in internal systems for seamless ordering, provisioning, and billing for government customers.
• Premier provisioning. AT&T's Premier Platform lets you place orders online with auto-populated contract terms for fast, accurate provisioning. The portal can be customized to meet the exact needs of your agency.
• Simplified purchasing. AT&T's wireless service is accessible through the GSA schedule with a contract that gives you a choice of plans and equipment, a pre negotiated discount, best in class program administration, a single point of ordering, and support at home or abroad. Our FTS Networx Universal contracting vehicle lets you broaden the service with additional connectivity options, applications, security enhancements, and more.
• Additional contract vehicles. AT&T service is available through the Western States Contracting Alliance (WSCA), plus special contracts with the United States Postal Service, FISC, and the Army/Air Force BPA. There's no need to go through the onerous RFP process.
