Important Information
Available only to customers with a qualified AT&T business or government agreement (“Business Agreement”) and their respective Corporate Responsibility Users (“CRUs”). May not be available for purchase in all sales channels or in all areas. Eligible AT&T Business Connect Telemetry data plan and hardware device with an integrated GPS receiver and AT&T compatible cellular modem required (“Equipment”). Equipment and warranty provided by third par distributor. Standard installation of Equipment and installation warranty provided by third party installation company. Installation of other sensors at additional charge. A Xora set up fee of $25.00 per device applies. You may cancel Xora at any time.
Usage/Billing: Measured data usage incurred in connection with Xora will be charged as specified in your associated data plan. You will be billed for all data usage up to cancellation of Xora. Solution includes wireless service from AT&T and Xora location services provided by Xora, Inc. (“Xora”). As a billing convenience, the third party charges for its Equipment, associated software, standard and sensor installation charges ordered through AT&T as part of the overall solution will be billed by AT&T on customer’s corresponding wireless invoice. Such billing is also subject to the terms of the AT&T Alliance Billing Service Attachment corresponding to the applicable Business Agreement.
Coverage: Most Xora features require GPS reception and a wireless data network connection. Xora’s location services are operative in the United States except for Alaska and parts of Hawaii; however, environmental or other factors may also limit GPS location information. Wireless data coverage is not available in all areas. AT&T coverage maps are available here. Wireless data coverage is subject to transmission limitations and terrain, system, capacity and other limitations. Availability, security, speed, timeliness, accuracy and reliability of service are not guaranteed by AT&T.
Miscellaneous: Additional hardware, software, Internet access from your compatible PC and/or special network connection may be required. Using Xora allows your GPS hardware to be located by Xora for purposes of providing its location services.
