Available only to customers with a qualified AT&T large business agreement (“Business Agreement”) and their respective Corporate Responsibility Users (“CRUs”).  Coverage not available in all areas. Not available for purchase in all channels. Company must have a Pyxis Mobile server.  With respect to each CRU, a Pyxis Mobile Client Access License (CAL) and eligible AT&T wireless data plan with compatible device is required. Data usage will be charged in accordance with selected data plan.  Service subject to the applicable Business Agreement, the corresponding rate plan brochure and coverage maps. Pyxis Mobile solutions ordered through AT&T will be provided by Pyxis Mobile and be billed by AT&T on customer’s corresponding wireless invoice. Such billing is also subject to the terms of the AT&T Alliance Billing Service Attachment corresponding to the applicable Business Agreement.  AT&T does not supply, install or provided technical support for Pyxis Mobile products or services. AT&T only provides limited Tier 1 support for issues relating to use of Pyxis Mobile solutions with AT&T’s services.  Pyxis Mobile is solely responsible for its products and services and associated technical support. Software and related services provided by Pyxis Mobile subject to applicable Pyxis Mobile terms and conditions.  Availability, security/privacy, delivery and timeliness of information are not guaranteed by AT&T.  When outside coverage area, access will be limited to information and applications previously downloaded to, or resident on the device.  May require purchase of, and be subject to the terms and conditions of, additional software, associated services or features, hardware and/or network connections.
