Important Information

AT&T Mobile Business Program: Available to companies with at least one (1) Corporate Responsibility User (i.e., an employee receiving service in AT&T markets under a corporate account for which company is liable). Credit approval and minimum 2-year AT&T Mobile Business Agreement (“Agreement”) required for eligible companies. The Agreement is an online contract and must be executed electronically. If company activates corporate-liable users in an AT&T retail store or other sales channel before executing an Agreement, company will be bound by the individual wireless service agreement and plan and features brochures applicable to each line of service, and company (and its users) will not be eligible for any AT&T Mobile Business discounts or other program benefits until company executes the online Agreement and receives approval to participate in the program. $36 activation fees may apply. Compatible device required for each activation depending on plan selected. Each Corporate Responsibility User (CRU) must have a service term of two (2), one (1) or zero year(s). For each CRU terminated from service after the first thirty (30) days following activation but prior to the expiration of such CRU’s applicable one (1) or two (2) year term, company will pay a prorated cancellation fee of $175. Other charges, surcharges, and taxes may apply. Service discount available only when company maintains the required number and type of users and then only with respect to each qualified user. Service discount will be applied only to the monthly service charge of each user's qualified plans and not to any other charges of any kind (e.g., charges for other plans or features). AT&T will monitor the users associated with company’s account once each month and, if company qualifies, apply the discount within 30 days from the date of such monitoring; provided, however, that (a) it may take up to two (2) billing cycles for the discount to appear on qualified CRU and Individual Responsibility User (IRU) invoices, and (b) the discount will not be applied retroactively. Dedicated Business Customer Service consists of two support teams: National Business Services, which is available to one or more company contacts who are authorized to place orders on behalf of company, and Business End User Care, which is available to CRUs and IRUs by dialing 611 from their wireless device (1-800-888-7600).
