Important Information

Microsoft System Center Mobile Device Manager (MDM) is only available to customers with a qualified AT&T business or government agreement ("Customer") and their respective Corporate Responsibility Users (CRUs) under a Foundation Account Number (FAN) and Individual Responsibility Users (IRUs) provided that Customer may not use MDM for an IRU without such IRU's express consent. If you are an IRU, and would like to obtain MDM support from your company (subject to your company’s approval), you must make such request directly to your company and provide your company with your applicable IRU device information as may be required for MDM support (e.g. IEMEI). In such event, you acknowledge that your company may use MDM to manage and/or configure your IRU device. With respect to each end user, activation of an eligible AT&T Smartphone Enterprise plan for Microsoft Direct Push on a compatible device with Windows Mobile 6.1 are required.

AT&T does not sell, supply, install or support the MDM software or any additional third party, software, hardware, or services. The applicable third party is solely responsible for all statements regarding, and technical support and performance of, the software, equipment, products and services it provides. MDM must be purchased separately and is subject to any applicable third party terms and conditions. MDM requires a PC with Internet connection. MDM may only be used as a tool to configure and customize certain settings and features and perform software updates for qualified CRU and/or IRU devices. Improper or incomplete configuration and/or downloads performed by you may result in service interruptions and/or device failures. AT&T does not guarantee CRU and/or IRU compliance with such customized settings and/or updates. MDM may not be accessible at all times. Availability, security/privacy, delivery and timeliness of information are not guaranteed by AT&T.
