Coverage is not available in all areas. AT&T OfficeReach is provided by AT&T in conjunction with Ericsson. An Ericsson account manager and related support personnel may have occasion to work with Business Customers in connection with AT&T OfficeReach, with or without AT&T's involvement. Additional terms, conditions, and restrictions apply. Please contact your AT&T account representative for complete details.
AT&T OfficeReach: AT&T OfficeReach is a voice-based private network that enables Business Customers to include wireless numbers on AT&T's eligible wireless Plans ("Wireless Numbers") and landline telephone numbers and their extensions ("Landline Numbers") in a common dialing plan for their End Users in the domestic U.S. AT&T OfficeReach services include: Private Numbering Plan; Zoneless Rating through AT&T OfficeReach Minutes; Call Management (including Call Restriction and Abbreviated Dialing); and One Number Service.
Private Numbering Plan ("PNP"): Except where noted, AT&T OfficeReach services require Business Customers to establish a PNP consisting of eligible Wireless Numbers and Landline Numbers, as applicable. Each Business Customer has one PNP. The PNP can be established with a single user group ("User Group") or with multiple User Groups; however no User Group can have more than 20,000 End Users. Each End User may only be associated with a single User Group. The number of Landline Numbers included in a PNP is capped at the greater of (a) three times the number of Wireless Numbers on the PNP; and (b) 500. Additional restrictions apply on the types of Landline Numbers that may be included in a PNP.
AT&T OfficeReach Call Rating: AT&T OfficeReach Bundles described in this brochure contain AT&T OfficeReach Minutes. With AT&T OfficeReach, the entire domestic United States is designated as a geographic "Zone". AT&T OfficeReach Minutes are available to End Users with AT&T OfficeReach Bundles for calls made and received within the Zone between individuals in the corresponding PNP. AT&T OfficeReach Minutes do not Rollover. Calls initially connected outside the Zone between individuals in the PNP will not start using AT&T OfficeReach Minutes if either End User travels into the Zone. Special indicators on the invoices will show AT&T OfficeReach usage. If AT&T OfficeReach Bundles are added on to shared or pooled plans, the AT&T OfficeReach Minutes will not share or pool.
End Users on the AT&T OfficeReach Bundles are subject to the terms and conditions set forth in their corresponding Plan's brochure as supplemented in this brochure. Usage on AT&T OfficeReach Bundles for calls made and received within the Zone between individuals in the PNP will apply as follows: (1) Applicable Mobile-To-Mobile, Night & Weekend or other special feature packaged minutes available to the End User; (2) AT&T OfficeReach Minutes until depleted; (3) Anytime Minutes until depleted; (4) applicable Anytime Rollover™ Minutes until depleted; (5) Additional Minutes charged at rate set forth in applicable AT&T Nation Plan. Due to the nature of telephone and wireless technology, certain calls originated or terminated while roaming, or within/or near the Zone may not be processed with AT&T OfficeReach Minutes and rates. No credits will be issued under such circumstances.
Call Management: Includes Call Restriction and Abbreviated Dialing functionality by User Group. Available with AT&T OfficeReach Bundles for $4.99 per month, per End User. Call Restrictions: Only available to CRUs. Incoming and outgoing wireless calls can be restricted based on type, date, time of day or week, calling party number, or re-directed party number. Business Customer sets restrictions. Inbound restrictions are conditional and limited. Due to the nature of telephone and wireless technology, there may be instances where the restrictions will not be upheld. AT&T and Ericsson are not responsible under such circumstances. Abbreviated Dialing: Restrictions to abbreviated dialing patterns apply. Contact your AT&T account representative for details. Modifications to a Business Customer's PBX may be required if the Business Customer wants Abbreviated Dialing between its Landline Numbers and Wireless Numbers.
One Number Service ("ONS"): ONS is a specialized call-forwarding functionality. Business Customer must have AT&T OfficeReach services to receive ONS. Available with AT&T OfficeReach Bundles for $1.99 per month, per End User. Requires Internet access and is subject to terms and conditions of applicable graphical user interface required to configure corresponding "forward to" numbers. Up to two (2) "forward to" numbers allowed. Calls forwarded will be completed in sequential order as set by End User or Business Customer, as applicable. When ONS is activated, the originally-provisioned GSM Call Forwarding feature is disabled. AT&T reserves the right to terminate AT&T OfficeReach to the Business Customer and/or terminate Service to the End User if (a) ONS is used for call forwarding to a dispatch application, conferencing service, or any other phone number that enables multiple user access to a call center environment; and/or (b) the End User uses more than 5,000 ONS minutes of use in any month. ONS may not be available in all AT&T Markets, and may not work when roaming. If an End User calls 911 from his wireless phone with ONS activated, the 911 operator may have difficulty returning the 911 call if the call is interrupted. ONS may not work as configured depending on the networks or voicemail systems included in the chosen ONS routing structure. Restrictions apply to numbers that may be included in ONS routing structure.
