AT&T Promotion Card

Card may be used only in the US and is valid for 120 days after issuance date. Card may be used to pay wireless bill but is not redeemable for cash & cannot be used for cash withdrawal at ATMs or automated gasoline pumps. Allow 60 days for fulfillment. Card request must be postmarked by 8/30/08 & you must be customer for 30 consecutive days to receive Card.
