What is Premier eBill?
Premier eBill is the online billing tool integrated into Premier Online Care that allows customers to manage, view, and pay bills online.

Who can use Premier eBill?
Anyone with a Premier Online Care account can access Premier eBill—you don't need to log into any other system. There are four different user access levels, ranging from company administrators to end users. Company administrators have full access to all benefits of the tool and can use Premier eBill on behalf of all users. End users can monitor their own usage and charges if the company administrator permits such access.

• Easy Transition—Because Premier eBill data is similar in content and format to the CD, you’ll find it familiar to work with. Custom charts created using the WIN Advantage CD can be imported into the Premier eBill Custom Hierarchy tool for continued use.
