Pros: tools, menus, camera/video quality, speaker, battery life, ease of use, good for texting
Cons: bulky/heavy
"I have had this phone for a few months now, and its has honestly made my life easier! I am a working mom and student and don't always have time to get on the computer to send emails, check my bank account, check grades online, etc. It is so easy to jump on my phone and have everything right in my hand.
I use to be one of those people that swore against touch screens, only because I didn't have one.. I finally broke down and got an Android phone with a different company and broke my contract to switch to ATT within only a few months!
Also, the camera is absolutely amazing!
The only possible con is that the phone is large, but then again I don't find that to be a problem because it just means that the screen is large!
Anyway, I totally recommend this phone to EVERYONE! Enjoy :)"

Pros: camera/video quality, speaker, ease of use, good for texting, design, easy to sync
"I switched to this phone from the Samsung Captivate, which I was very happy with. Even though I have had the Inspire for less than a full day, I am already happier with it than I was with the Captivate. Although the display is not Super AMOLED, it is slightly bigger than the Captivate's and plenty clear. I love the design of this phone, the 8-megapixel camera with dual LED flash, Android 2.2 is significantly faster than 2.1, and I am anxious to see how useful HTC Sense is. After getting used to Swype on the Captivate, not having it is a minor issue compared to all of the other features on this phone. I would highly recommend this phone to anyone and I'll update this review after using it for a longer period of time. But for now, I love it! By the way, as far as the battery life is concerned, any smartphone will have issues with battery life if you're a heavy internet browser, video streamer, game player, or multimedia message sender."

Cons: battery life, volume level, limited memory, small keys, freezes
"I Got This Phone When It First Came Out. It Was Very Easy To Get Used To, And There Are Some Great Things About It. The Camera/Video Quality Is Amazing. The Apps Make It So That The Device Is More Than Just A Phone. Only Cons Are: Battery Doesn't Last At All, So I Have To Carry Chargers With Me Everywhere I Go ; It Occaisionally Freezes / Pauses / Slows Down ; The Volume Level Isn't As Loud As Expected ' And The Touch Screen Texting Is A Love / Hate Relationship !"
