GoPhone Pay As You Go: A compatible phone (not a data-only device) is required. Not all features work on all phones and in all areas. Pay As You Go cards and other account refills are nontransferable and nonrefundable. The *888* command for refill only works with PINS/Cards purchased from AT&T-owned retail stores and select authorized retail locations. Amounts deposited into your account expire in accordance with the stated refill denomination expiration period (e.g., $50/90 days). Unused account balance is forfeited upon expiration. If money is added to your account before the current balance expires, the existing balance will carry over to the new expiration date (Rollover Balance®). Pay As You Go accounts will be canceled 60 days after expiration. A service activation fee and new wireless phone number will be required to reactivate service. Account balance limit is $500; any amount over that limit will be deducted from your balance. 900 numbers are not available. Rates and services are subject to change. All service is subject to the GoPhone Terms of Service found in the User Guide.
Charges: Voice usage is deducted in full-minute increments with partial minutes rounded up to the next full minute at the end of each call. Directory assistance is $1.99 plus airtime. On certain plans, per-minute charges and/or the rate plan charge applies to calls made using features, including Call Waiting, Call Forwarding, 3-Way Calling and voicemail access and retrievals, and standard airtime charges apply to 800, 866, 877 and other toll-free calls.Long distance included within the 50 United States, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Guam and the Mariana Islands. A fee may apply to all rate plan changes. A fee may be charged for calls to add funds using a live representative. Rates are subject to change.
Taxes and other fees: In many jurisdictions, certain recurring fees or taxes will be debited from your account balance as allowed by law. Other taxes, surcharges and fees apply on top of refill denominations.
Free calls: 611 automated customer service, *777# for balance inquiry text message, and 911 emergency. 611 may not work in all areas. You can also reach customer service by dialing 1-800-901-9878.
Caller ID: Your billing name may be displayed along with your wireless number on outbound calls to other wireless and landline phones with Caller ID capability. Contact customer service for information on blocking the display of your name and number.
Unlimited Talk & Text Plans: With the monthly and daily Unlimited plans, unlimited text within the U.S. includes text, IM, picture and video messages. Unlimited text to Mexico and over 100 countries includes text and IM only. Daily Unlimited Talk & Text Plan: The rate plan charge for the Unlimited Daily Talk & Text plan is assessed each day you use your phone to make or receive voice calls, including a call to voice mailbox, use IM or send a text or picture/video/sound message. The day for purposes of the daily rate plan charge starts at midnight and ends at midnight based on the time zone in which you are located when you make a call, use IM or send a message. A minimum account balance sufficient to pay the rate plan charge for the daily Unlimited plan is required to place or receive the first call of the day, use IM or send a message.
Monthly Unlimited Talk & Text Plans: The Unlimited Talk & Text and the Unlimited Talk & Text Plus 200 MB Data plans are each available for 30 days upon payment of the applicable rate plan charge. YOUR SELECTED PLAN WILL CONTINUE FOR 30-DAY PERIODS IF YOUR ACCOUNT HAS SUFFICIENT BALANCE TO PAY THE RATE PLAN CHARGE. The rate plan charge for each renewal period will automatically be deducted from your account balance at the end of the day (midnight Central Time) on your rate plan expiration date. If your account balance is insufficient to pay the rate plan charge, you will be unable to use any services, including rate plan services and pay-per-use services, until you refill your account with the applicable amount or change to another rate plan--before your account balance expires. (Account balance expiration date is determined by your refill denomination). Applicable rate plan charge for your selected plan is not refundable, and any unused services (call or data) are forfeited if you change to another rate plan during the 30-day plan period. The day you add the plan is counted as a full day and counts towards the 30 days. With the Unlimited Talk & Text Plus 200 MB Data plan, unused data does not roll over to your new 30-day period. If you use your entire data allotment, usage will be charged at pay-per-use rates. No feature packages can be added to either of the monthly Unlimited plans. TO AVOID BEING CHARGED THE APPLICABLE RATE PLAN CHARGE, CHANGE TO ANOTHER RATE PLAN PRIOR TO YOUR NEXT RATE PLAN RENEWAL DATE, BY DIALING 611 FROM YOUR WIRELESS DEVICE AND FOLLOWING THE PROMPTS.
Smartphone Requirements: A smartphone device requires an eligible Talk, or Talk and Text plan. If it is determined that you are using a smartphone without an eligible Talk or Talk and Text plan, AT&T reserves the right to switch you to a comparable plan, and deduct the appropriate fees from your account balance. If a comparable Talk or Talk and Text plan is not available, you will be switched to the 10¢/Minute Plan. If your account balance is insufficient to pay the plan charge, you will be unable to use any services until you refill your account with the applicable amount. If you want to use data services on your smartphone, a Data Feature Package is required. Pay-per-use data services are not available for smartphones.
Feature Packages: Packages are available for 30 days, as long as your account balance is not expired. Balance expiration is determined by date associated with your refill denomination. If your account balance expires before the 30 th day of the feature package, the package cannot be used (and the remaining time on the package will continue to run) unless you refill your account during the remaining days of the package period. The day you add the package is counted as a full day and counts towards the 30 days. Package expires at 12 am Central Time on day 30. After 30-day package expires or package is depleted, usage will be charged according to your underlying rate plan.
Limited Feature Packages: A package that contains a specific allotment of data (in megabytes) or messages is depleted when you use the entire allotment. Renew package before 30-day period expires and any unused service will roll over to your new 30-day package period.
Unlimited Feature Packages: Unlimited packages do not roll over.
Data, Messaging & Downloads: Pay-per-use Text/Instant/Picture/Video Messaging and data service are automatically included; just pay for usage. You may remove these services at any time by contacting customer service. There is a charge per message sent or received, whether read or unread, solicited or unsolicited. If you cancel the Text/Instant/Picture/Video Messaging service, you will not be able to send and receive messages, but due to technical issues, messages could be received; therefore, AT&T cannot guarantee all incoming messages will be blocked. Data usage is billed in full-kilobyte increments, and actual transport usage is rounded up to the next full kilobyte at the end of each session. Your account balance must be at least $5 to use Instant Messaging or data service on a pay-per use basis, including usage to browse (or shop) and purchase ring tones, ringback tones, games and graphics. Data usage applies when downloading ringtones, games and graphics. In some cases our network will resend data packets to ensure complete delivery. You will be charged for these re-sent packets. Certain advanced features are not available. All screen images are simulated. See the data service brochure or att.com/dataterms for full terms and conditions relating to the use of data and messaging services, including prohibited uses of the services. Your use of data service or Text/Instant/Picture/Video Messaging acknowledges your agreement to those terms.

Unlimited Voice Services: UNLIMITED DOES NOT MEAN UNREASONABLE USE. Unlimited voice services are provided primarily for live dialogue between two individuals. If your use of unlimited services for conference calling or any variation thereof, or call forwarding exceeds 750 minutes per month, AT&T may, at its option, impose a 25¢ per minute usage charge for all calling over 750 minutes using one or more of these features, terminate your service or change your plan to one with no unlimited usage components. Unlimited voice services may not be used for multi-party calling (separate calls initiated by you but not bridged together), monitoring services, data transmissions, transmission of broadcasts, transmission of recorded material, or other connections that do not consist of uninterrupted live dialogue between two individuals. If AT&T finds that you are using an unlimited voice service offering for anything other than live dialogue between two individuals, AT&T may at its option, impose a 25¢ per minute usage charge for all such calling over 750 minutes, terminate your service or change your plan to one with no unlimited usage components. AT&T will provide notice that it intends to take any of the above actions, and you may terminate the Agreement.

GoPhone Pick Your Plan: GoPhone Pick Your Plan service requires: (1) a compatible phone (not a data-only device); (2) credit card, debit card, or checking account; and (3) a mailing address and residence within the Coverage Area. Automatic and Other Payments: Only select credit cards and debit cards are accepted. Cash is not accepted. Monthly payments to your Pick Your Plan account ("Account") will automatically be made from your designated credit card, debit card or checking account. Additional funds may be added to your Account at any time. A fee may be charged for calls to add funds using a live representative. Account balance limit is $250; any amount over that limit will be deducted from your balance. Call 866-499-7888 to activate your Account. When you call, you will be required to electronically sign: 1) an agreement to set up automatic payments on your Account using your designated credit card, debit card or checking account; and 2) your Terms of Service/ service agreement. Payments in the amount of the plan and features selected, plus applicable taxes, fees and surcharges, will automatically be made each month based on the day you call to activate. However, if your activation date was the 29th of the month, your automatic payments will be made on the 28th of each month, and if you activate on the 30th or 31st of the month, your automatic payments will be made on the 1st of the month. The amount of your monthly payment may be increased up to 10% due to possible changes in taxes, surcharges and fees without need for any further notice from AT&T. Funds deposited into your Account expire and your Account will be suspended on the 34th day after your last automatic payment. Your Account may be reinstated within 90 days from the date of suspension by re-establishing automatic payments. If a payment is made to your Account before the current balance expires, the existing balance will be carried over to the new expiration date and these funds can be used for a rolling twelve-month period. Funds remaining in your Account 12 months from the date you activated your Account will be deducted from your Account. Payments to your Account are not redeemable for cash or credit and are not transferable. Age or other requirements may be required by your financial institution for certain types of payments.
