GoPhone Pay As You Go: Compatible phone required. Not all features work on all phones and in all areas. Pay As You Go cards and other account refills are nontransferable and nonrefundable. Amounts deposited into your account expire as follows: cards less than $25, 30 days; cards $25 to $75, 90 days; $100 cards, 365 days. Unused account balance is forfeited upon expiration. If money is added to your account before the current balance expires, the existing balance will carry over to the new expiration date. Pay As You Go accounts will be canceled 60 days after expiration. A service activation fee and new wireless phone number will be required to reactivate service. Account balance limit is $500; any amount over that limit will be deducted from your balance. 900 numbers are not available. Rates and services are subject to change. All service is subject to the GoPhone Terms of Service found in the User Guide.
Charges: Airtime is charged in full-minute increments with partial minutes rounded up to the next full minute at the end of each call. Directory assistance is $1.79 plus airtime. Daily access fee for the Unlimited Talk plan is assessed each day you use your phone for voice calls on AT&T's wireless network and is debited from your account balance the day after you use the phone. Minutes will be depleted according to usage in the following order: Night and Weekend Minutes, Mobile to Mobile Minutes and Anytime Minutes.Per-minute charges apply to feature usage, including Call Waiting, Call Forwarding, Three-Way Calling and voicemail retrievals. Long distance included within the 50 United States, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Guam and the Mariana Islands. International long distance rates vary and are in addition to regular airtime charges. A fee may apply to all rate plan changes. Standard airtime charges apply to 800, 866, 877 and other toll-free calls.
Taxes and other fees: In many jurisdictions, certain recurring fees or taxes will be debited from your account balance as allowed by law. Other taxes, surcharges and fees apply on top of refill denominations.
Free calls: 611 automated customer service, *777# for balance inquiry text message, and 911 emergency. However, calls to 611 for the purpose of purchasing digital content will incur standard airtime charges after a period of time. 611 may not work in all areas. Night & Weekend and Mobile to Mobile Minutes: Nights are 9 pm - 6 am. Weekends are 9 pm Friday - 6 am Monday. Eligibility for night and weekend calls is based on the location of the caller when the call is initiated and only applies to domestic calls. Mobile to Mobile Minutes may be used for calls to or from any of AT&T's wireless subscribers when within AT&T's wireless network. Mobile to Mobile Minutes may not be used for interconnection to other networks. Mobile to Mobile Minutes are available only if your Account balance is sufficient to make a call and do not carry over.
Feature Packages: Packages are available for 30 days as long as your account balance is not expired. After 30 days or once your package has been depleted, usage will be charged according to your rate plan. Renew before your package expires and any unused service will roll over to your new date. Fee for feature packages is for access only and does not get added to the account balance.
Messaging, Downloads & MEdia Net: These features require a compatible phone. Text /Instant Messaging and MEdia Net are automatically included at no monthly charge. Just pay as you use. You may remove these services at any time by contacting customer service. There is a charge per message sent or received, whether read or unread, solicited or unsolicited. If you cancel the Text /Instant Messaging service, you will not be able to send and receive messages, but AT&T does not guarantee all incoming messages will be blocked. Data usage is billed in full-kilobyte increments, and actual transport usage is rounded up to the next full kilobyte at the end of each session. Your account balance must be at least $5 to use MEdia Net, Instant Messaging and Multimedia Messaging services or to download ringtones, games and graphics. Data usage applies when downloading ringtones, games and graphics and sending and receiving multimedia messages. In some cases our network will resend data packets to ensure complete delivery. You will be billed for these re-sent packets. Certain advanced features are not available. All screen images are simulated. See the MEdia brochure or att.com/mediaterm for details. Your use of text/instant messaging, multimedia messaging, MEdia Net, and downloads acknowledges your agreement to those terms.
Off-net Usage: If your voice and data usage on other carrier networks ("off-net usage") during any two consecutive months exceeds 50% of your combined data and voice usage, AT&T may at its option terminate your service, deny your continued use of other carriers' coverage, or change your rate plan. AT&T will provide notice that it intends to take any of the above actions, and you may terminate your service.

GoPhone Pick Your Plan: GoPhone Pick Your Plan service requires: (1) a compatible GSM phone; (2) credit card, debit card, or checking account; and (3) a mailing address and residence within the Coverage Area. Wireless service is available as long as you have a positive Account balance.
Automatic and Other Payments: Only domestically issued Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express and Diners Club credit cards and debit cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo are accepted. Cash is not accepted. Monthly payments to your Pick Your Plan account ("Account") will automatically be made from your designated credit card, debit card or checking account. Additional funds may be added to your Account at any time. Account balance limit is $250; any amount over that limit will be deducted from your balance. You must call 866-499-7888 to activate your Account. When you call, you will be required to electronically sign: 1) an agreement to set up automatic payments on your Account using your designated credit card, debit card or checking account; and 2) your wireless service agreement (Terms of Service). Payments in the amount of the plan and features selected, plus applicable taxes, fees and surcharges, will automatically be made each month based on the day you call to activate. However, if your activation date was the 29th of the month, your automatic payments will be made on the 28th of each month, and if you activate on the 30th or 31st of the month, your automatic payments will be made on the 1st of the month. The amount of your monthly payment may be increased up to 10% due to possible changes in taxes, surcharges and fees without need for any further notice from AT&T. Funds deposited into your Account expire and your Account will be suspended on the 34th day after your last automatic payment. Your Account may be reinstated within 90 days from the date of suspension by re-establishing automatic payments. If a payment is made to your Account before the current balance expires, the existing balance will be carried over to the new expiration date and these funds can be used for a rolling twelve-month period. Funds remaining in your Account 12 months from the date you activated your Account will be deducted from your Account. Payments to your Account are not redeemable for cash or credit and are not transferable. Age or other requirements may be required by your financial institution for certain types of payments.

Messaging, Downloads & MEdia Net: These features require a compatible phone. Text/Instant Messaging and MEdia Net are automatically included at no monthly charge and you just pay for usage. MEdia Net Package provides a bucket of data that can be used during the month. Text message package provides a bucket of text messages that can be used in the month.
