Q. Will I be eligible to upgrade to a new AT&T plan / phone?
A. Yes - all Cellular One from Dobson Cellular Systems customers are upgrade eligible to an AT&T phone and rate plan. Check with your local store, att.com/wireless, a national retailer or authorized agent for specific options. (Customers need to be current, without a past due balance to qualify.)
Q. Will I have to change my phone?
A. Most customers will only have to change their phones if they choose to upgrade to an AT&T plan.
Q. Will my bill change?
A. Yes. In May 2008, your bill will be an AT&T branded bill. Learn more about your new bill (PDF).
Q. Will I need to change my phone number?
A. Your phone number will remain the same.
Q. Will the store I use change?
A. Cellular One stores that are now part of the new AT&T have changed to the AT&T brand in order to sell AT&T's phones and services. Feel free to continue servicing your Cellular One account in these stores as you always have.
Q. Will there be any change in my text messaging, instant messaging or wireless internet service?
A. There will be no change in your current data service. If you choose to upgrade your phone to an AT&T handset and service, you can choose from a wide range of plans and services to meet your needs.
Q. Will I have to sign a new contract?
A. If you choose to change to a new AT&T phone, a new two year contract will be required. If you decide to stay on your current device, no change in contract term is required. We do offer no contract options, but the phone price will not be discounted.
Q. If I change my phone to an AT&T handset, can I keep my current Cellular One rate plan?
A. No. We have a wide selection of AT&T rate plans from which to choose, but you will not be able to mix an AT&T phone with a Cellular One rate plan.
Q. If I change to an AT&T plan will I have to buy an AT&T phone?

Q. Will my coverage change?
A. Because AT&T and Cellular One from Dobson Cellular Systems have been roaming partners for years, most coverage will not change. For customers who travel internationally and have an AT&T handset and plan, coverage will be greatly enhanced. AT&T GoPhone customers will benefit from a larger home coverage area as a result of this merger.
Q. Can I buy an Apple iPhone?
