Wireless Customer Support for Customers with Disabilities

The National Center for Customers with Disabilities (NCCD) provides specialized customer service for AT&T's wireless customers with disabilities. A NCCD representative can arrange for you to receive your bill in an alternate format, such as Braille or large print, as well as questions regarding the Directory Assistance Exemption Program and the Code Factory software. Our NCCD representatives are knowledgeable on equipment and accessories, features and services and can help you find a calling plan that best fits your needs. The NCCD is available from 8 a.m. to 1 a.m. ET, Monday through Friday, and from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET on Saturday and Sunday. You may contact the NCCD as follows:

Wireline and U-verse Customer Support for Disability and Aging Customers

AT&T's Disability and Aging Center provides specialized customer service for AT&T's wireline customers with disabilities and the aging. A Disability and Aging Center representative can arrange for you to receive your bill in an alternate format, such as Braille or large print, assist with your U-verse account, or assist in determining if you qualify for discounted local directory assistance (411) or for discounted TTY local toll calls. The Disability and Aging Center is available from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. PT, Monday through Friday. You may contact the Disability and Aging Center as follows:
