Other Charges Applicable to Wireless Services

Additional charges that may be applicable to use of wireless services from AT&T not included within the one-time download charge for applications or in the monthly rates applicable to wireless service plans or features.


Text/Instant Messaging $0.20 per message; Picture/Video Messages $0.30 per message; Web browsing $2 per MB applies to new customers or customers who change voice plans or cancel data plans on or after July 31, 2009, otherwise $0.01 per KB. Prices are valid for use in the U.S. only. Charges for international messages sent from the U.S. are $0.25 for Text Messages and $0.50 for Picture/Video Messages.


In addition to the monthly cost of the rate plan and any selected features, AT&T imposes the following charges: (1) a Regulatory Cost Recovery Charge of up to $1.25 to help defray its cost incurred in complying with obligations and charges imposed by state and federal telecom regulations, (2) a gross receipts surcharge, (3) state and federal universal service charges, and (4) other government assessments on AT&T.
