Calling Abroad from the U.S.

For calls to Canada, Guam, Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands simply dial "1" + the area code then the phone number. Calls to these destinations are included in the GoPhone Pick Your Plan rate plans and regular domestic airtime rates apply.

To call or send a text, picture or video message to a Mexico Mobile Number you should dial a "1" after the Mexico country code of (52) and before the 10-digit local number (011-52-1-city code-xxx-xxxx). For calls to landline phones in Mexico you do not need to dial the “1”; dial 011-52-city code-xxx-xxxx.

To place an international call to all other countries from the U.S., dial 011 + Country Code + City/Area Code (if required) + Local Number. The per-minute international long distance rates plus regular airtime charges will be deducted from your GoPhone Pick Your Plan account balance.
