Geographic limitations, special credit and billing requirements, and other terms, charges and restrictions apply. Requires qualified calling plan and compatible device. International long distance rates apply only when using AT&T's wireless network. Airtime or roaming charges are in addition to long distance charges. Calling to certain countries is blocked, which may change without notice. You may be charged a per minute surcharge for certain international calls to wireless devices. Only one rate for the call will appear on your invoice. Available countries, rates and surcharges are subject to change.
* Airtime or roaming charges and Mobile Surcharge may apply in addition to this rate.
1 Canada, Puerto Rico, and the U.S.Virgin Islands are available through your domestic wireless service. Check domestic materials for details.
2 Mobile Surcharge International calls that terminate on wireless or mobile devices in some countries, including pagers, computers, and personal assistants, will be assessed a per minute surcharge in addition to our per minute international dialing rates. This "mobile" surcharge will also be applied on calls that terminate to certain specialized services, such as Premium Rated Services and Universal Personal Telephone services. This surcharge varies by country and will apply to all calls that reach a number that has been assigned to a wireless device in that country. In many countries, international telephone carriers charge higher prices to terminate calls on wireless devices versus landline phones, and these higher fees are passed on to AT&T. As a result, where AT&T is charged this higher fee for calls that terminate on wireless devices, AT&T will now pass on this increased amount or surcharge to the customer. Customers will see only one per minute price on their invoices for a call where this surcharge applies. This single, per minute price is a combination of our international dialing rate and the mobile surcharge. The rates listed in the Mobile Surcharge chart above reflect this combined rate.
