How am I charged, by channel, viewing time or flat rate?
AT&T Mobile TV does not use your cell phone minutes or charge you for data usage. A voice plan is required for service. Your monthly package fee provides you with unlimited 24/7 mobile entertainment from some of the best-known entertainment brands in the world.

How does it work

How does it work?
AT&T Mobile TV uses an entirely new technology designed specifically to deliver crisp, clear video and audio to mobile phones. The TV programs are optimized for mobile viewing and transmitted to your phone through a nationwide network. Because the service operates on a separate network, your phone calls and data services are never interrupted.

How do I start watching TV?
Easy – just press the TV button on your phone or select the Mobile TV icon in your phone’s menu. After completing the subscription information you’ll be taken right into the media player, where you can start watching TV. You also have access to a programming guide, where you can scroll to see what’s on each channel and when. When you find the program you want, just select that channel and the program will launch. No buffering, no waiting, and no progress bars*.

*If your device has a mobile TV antenna, extend antenna fully for best reception.

What happens if I get a call or text message while I’m watching TV?
A message will pop up to alert you that you are receiving a call or message and you will then have the option to accept or ignore it.

Can I pause, stop or go back when I’m watching a show?
Unfortunately no. Because AT&T Mobile TV is a live TV broadcast if you exit the TV service to take a call, you will rejoin the program already in progress.

Do I have to download anything?
Everything you need to watch your favorite programs is on your AT&T Mobile TV device. Simply press the TV button on your phone and the AT&T Mobile TV service will launch. As an AT&T Mobile TV subscriber there may be future updates to the service which require a download, but the handsets have what you need to start watching today.

How long will my battery last if I watch TV?
Most devices will support the same amount of viewing time as talk time, roughly 4 hours. Viewing time may vary by device.

For the most up-to-date schedule information you can access the program guide on your AT&T Mobile TV device. With just one touch you can see what’s on now, scroll to find the next episode of your favorite show or select a time slot to reveal an episode summary of your next new favorite.

Can I restrict programming?
