In an effort to provide you with the best possible service, AT&T is upgrading its voicemail systems. As a result, your voicemail service will change. Once the change goes into effect, you will need to setup a new mailbox by pressing and holding the 1 key and following the prompts.
Your new mailbox will have some new features, like the ability to undelete voicemail messages while in a voicemail retrieval session. It will also have new dialing prompts. The 7 key will be for deleting and the 9 key for saving messages. Your new mailbox for basic voicemail will allow for 14 days of saved storage time. Enhanced voicemail subscribers will have 30 days of saved stored time. Please make note of these changes, as they may be different than your current mailbox settings.
To ensure a smooth transition to the new platform, we will allow access to your old messages for 30 days. From the voicemail main menu, press 7 to gain access to those messages. To get to the voicemail main menu, press the star (*) key.
