Getting Started

To begin using Mobile Banking with your AT&T phone, follow these simple steps:

  1. Access your financial institution's web site and enroll in Mobile Banking.
  2. Download the Mobile Banking application to your AT&T phone. You will receive a text message shortly to complete the download.
  3. Click the link in the message to download.
  4. From your phone's main menu, navigate to “Games & Apps” or "My Stuff" (varies based on phone model) and open the Mobile Banking application.
  5. Enter the Activation Code, provided during enrollment, into the required field.
  6. Establish a six-digit PIN to unlock the application. This is your personal code allowing you future access to the Mobile Banking application.

AT&T and our financial institution partners have taken thorough steps to ensure that your Mobile Banking experience is completely safe and secure.

  • You can log into your Mobile Banking account only if you have the required 6-digit PIN.
  • All information stored on your phone, as well as the transfer of data to and from your handset, is encrypted.
  • If you ever lose your phone, you can remotely deactivate Mobile Banking!
