Q. What are AT&T Unity Rate Plans?
A. AT&T Unity rate plans are a new group of wireless plans that provide unlimited calls to and from AT&T and AT&T wireless phones. This means calls to and from AT&T phones will not count against your AT&T wireless Anytime minutes.
Q. Do I need a special wireless device for using my AT&T Unity plan?
A. No special equipment is required. However, TDMA/GAIT phones and/or prepaid rate plans are not eligible for AT&T Unity rate plans.
Q. Do I need to choose which numbers I want for unlimited calling?
A. No. With AT&T Unity, you automatically receive unlimited wireless minutes to and from over 120 million AT&T and AT&T wireless phones.
Q. How do I know if a phone number is included in my AT&T Unity unlimited calling community?
A. Use our Look-up tool to find out if a particular number qualifies.
Q. Can I subscribe to an AT&T Unity rate plan without a combined bill?
A. No. AT&T Unity rate plans are only available to customers who combine their wireless bill with their AT&T local services bill (and who have qualifying AT&T services).
Q. Are AT&T Unity rate plans available to prepaid customers?
A. No, AT&T Unity rate plans are offered on a postpaid basis only.

Q. Who is eligible for AT&T Unity Rate Plans?
A. AT&T Unity rate plans are available to new and existing consumers, small businesses and IRUs (Individual Responsible Users) who meet eligibility requirements.
Q. What do I need in order to qualify for AT&T Unity rate plans?
A. You can subscribe to an AT&T Unity rate plan as long as you have combined billing with AT&T wireless, as well as qualifying AT&T local service.
Q. Are Enterprise CRUs (Corporate Responsibility Users) eligible for AT&T Unity rate plans?
A. No, CRUs are not eligible for AT&T Unity rate plans.
Q. Are there any geographic restrictions on the AT&T Unity feature? Will I receive the AT&T Unity unlimited calling regardless of where I'm calling from on my AT&T cell phone?
A. You must be located within your rate plan's wireless GSM footprint to be eligible for AT&T Unity billing. Calls made or received while in an international location will be billed at the standard rates defined in rate plan. AT&T Unity plans are not available in all areas.
Q. What types of calls are not eligible for AT&T Unity unlimited calling?
A. Your wireless voicemail calls, directory assistance calls, toll-free numbers, 900 numbers and international numbers are not eligible. Find out if a number is eligible.
Q. Will AT&T notify me if I lose the AT&T Unity expanded calling feature?
A. Yes, you will receive a free text message from AT&T when the expanded calling feature is removed from your account.
Q. I am an AT&T CallVantage customer. Can I subscribe to an AT&T Unity rate plan?
A. No, AT&T Unity rate plans are not available to AT&T CallVantage customers at this time.
Q. I have AT&T Long Distance but not AT&T local service. Can I subscribe to an AT&T Unity rate plan?
A. No. AT&T Unity rate plans are only available to combined billed customers of both a qualifying AT&T local services company and wireless services from AT&T.
Q. Do I have to sign a new contract to subscribe to an AT&T Unity rate plan?
A. No. You can change your existing wireless rate plan to an AT&T Unity rate plan without signing a new contract.
Q. I have a FamilyTalk® rate plan. Will all lines be eligible for AT&T Unity calling?
A. If you subscribe to an AT&T Unity FamilyTalk® plan, all wireless lines on the plan are eligible for AT&T Unity calling. FamilyTalk rate plans cannot have a mix of AT&T Unity and non-AT&T Unity lines.
Q. I tried to order an AT&T Unity plan at a retail store but was told I wasn't eligible. How can I become eligible?
A. You're eligible for a Unity rate plan if:
- You subscribe to a qualifying AT&T local service plan.
- You have combined billing with AT&T service and wireless service.
- You live in the one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Wisconsin

Rates & Billing
Q. What price options are available for AT&T Unity plans?
A. AT&T Unity rate plans start at $59.99 per month and include individual or FamilyTalk options. AT&T Unity plans also include unlimited Mobile to Mobile, unlimited Nights and Weekends and no roaming or long distance charges.
Q. What happens if I drop from combined billing while subscribing to an AT&T Unity Plan?
A. If you drop from combined billing, you will retain the AT&T Unity rate plan, but the AT&T Unity unlimited calling feature will be removed. Calls made between your wireless phone and AT&T wireline phone numbers will be billed at normal airtime rates. AT&T will send you a text message letting you know that the AT&T Unity unlimited calling feature has been removed. AT&T’s Mobile to Mobile and Nights & Weekends unlimited calling features will still be available with your plan.
Q. What happens to my AT&T Unity rate plan if I change my local service provider or long distance carrier from AT&T to another provider?
A. AT&T Unity rate plans require that you maintain qualifying service from AT&T. If you make a change to your account that causes you not to meet these eligibility requirements, the AT&T Unity expanded calling feature will be removed from your wireless rate plan. Calls made between your wireless phone and AT&T wireline phone numbers will be billed at normal airtime rates. AT&T will send you a text message letting you know that the AT&T Unity unlimited calling feature has been removed. AT&T’s Mobile to Mobile and Nights & Weekends unlimited calling features will still be available with your plan.
Q. Can I have a mix of AT&T Unity and non-AT&T Unity rate plans combined onto the same AT&T bill?
A. Yes. However, your non-AT&T Unity plan will lose its combined bill discount. AT&T Unity rate plan customers are not eligible for combined billing or other discounts, including corporate discounts.
Q. How will AT&T Unity calls appear on my bill?
A. AT&T Unity calls will appear in the summary section of your wireless bill. They will be rated as $0.00, and will be flagged with an indicator.
Q. How will the AT&T Unity rate plan impact the billing for calls on my AT&T landline account?
A. Your AT&T Unity rate plan will not impact the way calls bill on your landline account.
Q. I receive a combined bill discount from AT&T. Will I keep that discount when I switch to an AT&T Unity rate plan?
A. AT&T Unity rate plan customers are not eligible for combined billing or other discounts, including corporate discounts. You will lose your discount when you change to an AT&T Unity rate plan.
