IMPORTANT: Removing the MobiTV application from the device will not cancell the MobiTV subscription.
- From a personal computer with Internet access, visit the Cingular Wireless DirectBill website at http://www.wireless.att.com/db
- Login to DirectBill using the AT&T MEdia ID and password.
- The DirectBill purchases are displayed.
- Click on the link for the MobiTV subscription.
- The transaction detail is displayed.
- Click the Cancel Subscription button.
- The "Cancellation" options are presented.
- Select the desired cancellation option:
- Do not renew on mm/dd/yy
- This option allows the customer to continue using the service through the currently subscribed 30-day period, but will not renew the next month.
- Stop now and provide a refund
- This option allows the customer to cancel their subscription immediately, and refund the entire subscription fee for the currently subscribed 30-day period.
