Master Reset
NOTE: Performing a master reset will reset any personalized device settings.

  1. From the standby screen, press the Menu key.

  2. Scroll to and select Settings.

  3. Scroll to and select Initial Setup.

  4. Scroll to and select Master Reset.

  5. Enter the Security Code, press Ok.
    NOTE: The default code is 000000.

  6. A confirmation scree will appear, press Yes.

Master Clear
Performing a master clear will reset any personalized device settings, clear all downloaded media, phonebook entries and datebook entries.

  1. From the standby screen, press the Menu key.

  2. Scroll to and select Settings.

  3. Scroll to and select Initial Setup.

  4. Scroll to and select Master Clear.

  5. Enter the Security Code, press Ok.
    NOTE: The default code is 000000.

  6. A confirmation screen will appear, press Yes.
