Prerequisites

Access MEdia Net

  1. From the "Start," select Internet Explorer.

     
  2. If MEdia Net is not set as the home page, enter the following URL in the address bar: http://home.
  3. Tap the Green arrow to navigate to the MEdia Net home page.
    NOTE: If the URL line is missing, disable Full Screen Mode.

     

If a problem occurs, please perform the following troubleshooting steps

  1. Clear the browser cache.
  2. Power Cycle the device (turn off and back on).
  3. Access MEdia Net again.
  4. If unable to access a particular MEdia Net site, check to see if the site is supported by AT&T.
  5. If problem persists, please contact AT&T Customer Service for wireless customers.
