Browser freezes, stops responding, or responds slowly
FIX:
  1. Verify the device is on.
  2. Verify the device has at least two bars of signal strength in the upper right hand corner of the display. If not, move to a different location where the device does get at least two bars of signal strength.
  3. Perform a soft reset.
  4. Attempt to connect.
  5. Determine if the GPRS network is available.
  6. Verify the browser and APN settings.
  7. Enter a URL such as www.google.com.
  8. If unable to access this site, please contact AT&T Customer Service for wireless customers.
