SYMPTOM:
Modem / Tethering
FIX:
  1. Open AT&T Communication Manager
  2. Select Tool > Settings

  3. Select the Acceleration tab

  4. Click Uninstall

  5. A pop-up window will prompt to reboot the computer, select OK.

  6. Click the Update Settings tab.

  7. Click Manually Download and Install.

  8. Click OK.
  9. Close Communication Manager and Reboot the computer.
