The size of the PDF file dictates what happens:
- If the PDF file has 1,000 or fewer pages, it appears online in real time.
- If the PDF file has more than 1,000 pages, it is generated offline and can be accessed from the Download Files page when complete.
- The PDF file will be available from 1 to 24 hours after the request is made, depending on its size and the number of concurrent requests.
- The name of the PDF file identifies the billing account and bill date, and notes whether or not it includes usage details.
- To be notified when the PDF file is complete, subscribe to The Offline Report/Download File can now be viewed alert (see Alert Activities, Configure Alerts topic).
