If you choose to download all the records containing usage information for this subscriber, separate CSV files are generated offline, one with voice usage and one with data usage. The Offline Report/Download File can now be viewed alert notifies you when the files are complete. Files appear on the Download Files page, from which you can print or save the files for future reference.
