Download Billed Usage Details for Wireless Numbers
You can use eBill to download billed usage details for single, multiple, or all wireless numbers. A user with access to the Billing Account level of the billing hierarchy can request a report that includes the voice or data billed usage details for one or all wireless numbers associated with them. Reports are subscriber based. Each line includes a subscriber number and the usage details for that record. Reports for Voice and Data usage must be requested separately.
Usage Details include:
§ Voice Usage (including Long Distance , Roaming , Overage, Directory Assistance, etc.)
§ Data Usage (including Roaming , Messaging, IP, GPRS, EDGE/3G, etc.)
§ Company Administrator
§ Billing Account Manager
Download Billed Usage Details is available for the following user roles:
§ Company Administrator

Download Billed Usage Details
1. On Menu Options, under Billing, click Download Billed Usage Details.
2. Select the usage type – Voice or Data. By default, Voice is selected. Requests for Voice or Data usage details must be submitted separately for each desired billing period.
3. Select the billing period month for downloading usage details. eBill will default to the most recent bill period but will produce usage reports for up to the previous 15 months.
4. The wireless number option is selected as the default. Keep this option selected and then choose Select Wireless Number(s). A page appears that lets you select wireless numbers.
5. Select the wireless numbers you want for viewing usage details, and then click Select to continue. The list of wireless numbers are based on the hierarchy of the last billing cycle loaded to eBill. You're redirected to the initial Download Billed Usage Details page.
6. To generate a detailed report of the usage of wireless numbers selected, click Download Bill Usage.
The report will be produced in CSV (Comma Separated Value) format.
If the report is too large to produce within 10 seconds, the report will be generated offline. Completed reports are available in the Download Files list under the Billing > Other menu. An email alert will notify the user the report is available as long as the user is subscribed to the Offline Report is Ready alert.
