Download Current Voice and Data Usage Details for a Wireless Number

For each wireless number, you can use eBill to download all the voice and data usage detail records from the current bill period.  The voice and data details include the usage records for the current billing period before billing.  This is usage that has been made by the wireless device but is not yet associated with an invoice.  As this usage is before billing, no charges are associated with the usage details presented in these reports.

When you choose Download All Records from the Current Usage Summary page, the request generates two offline downloadable CSV  files, one with voice and one with data, which includes the current usage details for the wireless number selected.  The report files are delivered to the Download Files list (you access this list from the Billing > Other menu).  Users subscribed to the Offline Report is Ready to View alert will receive notification when the reports are available.

 

For each usage record, the Current Usage Voice report includes the following:

§         Date and Time of the call

§         Number Called

§         Minutes used (length of call)

§         The Feature and Rate period

§         Roaming Indicator (H=Home/I = International)

 

For each usage record, the Current Usage Data report will include the following:

§         Date and time of the usage

§         Number sent to/received from

§         Type of data usage (Text Message, MEdiaNet, Data Connect, etc.)

§         Kilobytes  (KB)/Messages (Msg)/Minutes (Min) Used

§         In/Out indicator (I = Received in to the device; O = Sent by the device)

§         Roaming indicator (H = Home, or on AT&T network; I = International, or off AT&T network)

 

Download Current Voice and Data Usage Details for a Wireless Number

1.      With a wireless number in context, from Menu Options, under Wireless, click Current Usage.  The Current Usage summary page appears for the Subscriber.

2.      Click  Download All Records.  eBill presents the Offline Report request page and lets you enter a Report Name and Description.

3.      Click Submit. You receive a message that states the reports are being generated.

4.      When the reports are available, access the Download Files list from the Billing > Other menu.
