Select Billing Periods and Change Dates

For many pages in eBill, you can choose to view historical information from a previous billing period.  Up to 16 months of history can be accessed online through eBill.  For some accounts, less than 16 months of history are available. This varies depending on when the account was activated and how long the account has been eligible for online bill presentation.  For example, if the account was previously an individual account, and then changed to corporate, records are available before this change.

For newly created Foundation Accounts , Billing Accounts , or Wireless Numbers , allow up to one month for your first invoice  to be processed.  Limited billing information appears in eBill before the first invoice is loaded to eBill.  Additionally, a Company Administrator must wait for the first Foundation Account cycle to be loaded that includes the desired Billing Account and Wireless Number before having access to that account.  A Billing Account Manager doesn't depend on the Foundation Account cycle and therefore can access the Billing Account and associated Wireless Numbers after the Billing Account invoice is loaded.  For new Foundation Account assignments, a Company Administrator can elect to create a Manager role to access the invoice before the first Foundation Account cycle becomes available.

The billing period can be changed for all pages in the View Bill area.

For Billing Accounts and Wireless Numbers the billing period will display both a start and an end date.  For Foundation Accounts, the billing period is specified only by a Bill Close Date for the consolidated cycle.

Change the billing period

1.      From any View Bill page, select the billing period drop-down menu near the top of the page, below the title and account information.

2.      Change the selection to a different billing period in the list.  The current page refreshes to contain information for the same account, but for the new billing period.
