Easy Eligibility


To sign up, your company must be a bona fide business and have at least one (1) Corporate Responsibility User (CRU). As soon as your company has an approved Agreement, you and your employee users can start taking advantage of plans and support designed especially for small businesses.


Potential 8% Service Discount


As your company grows, you can take advantage of an additional benefit—monthly savings on qualified wireless service. Specifically, when your company maintains a minimum of five (5) or more qualified employee users (with at least 1 CRU) subscribing to wireless service, your company may qualify to receive up to an 8% service discount off the monthly service charge of your CRUs' eligible voice and data plans priced at $30.00 or higher.*


And, when you and your qualified CRUs are eligible to save on wireless service, your qualified individually liable employees can save, too. Specifically, employees who activate as Individual Responsibility Users (IRUs) on eligible plans priced at $30.00 or higher with a consumer wireless service agreement may also  qualify to receive up to an 8% discount off the monthly service charge for their qualified plan(s).*

Additional Business Benefits


As a small business customer with an AT&T Mobile Business Agreement, you're automatically enrolled in the AT&T Exclusively Business program. This means you can take advantage of the combined benefits offered under the program (such as waived activation fees for qualified CRUs) and your Agreement. Together, they provide added savings and value that center on your specific business needs.


Important Information


AT&T Mobile Business Program: Available to companies with at least one (1) Corporate Responsibility User (i.e., an employee receiving service in AT&T markets under a corporate account for which company is liable).  Customer represents and warrants that (a) it is a bona fide business entity; and (b) all of its End Users are, and will continue to be throughout the term of the Agreement, valid Employees. Credit approval and minimum 2-year AT&T Mobile Business Agreement (“Agreement”) required for eligible companies. The Agreement is an online contract and must be executed electronically. If company activates corporate-liable users in an AT&T retail store or other sales channel before executing an Agreement, company will be bound by the individual wireless service agreement and plan and features brochures applicable to each line of service, and company (and its users) will not be eligible for any AT&T Mobile Business discounts or other program benefits until company executes the online Agreement and receives approval to participate in the program. $40 activation fees may apply. Additional wireless service discount may be available if company meets the minimum user requirements and also has a qualified business wireline service.  Additional terms, conditions and restrictions apply—check for complete list of eligible wireline services.  Such additional wireless service discount is only available when applying for the AMB agreement in stores or through the AT&T Exclusively Business center at 888.296.4561, and is not available via the online AMB agreement.. Compatible device required for each activation depending on plan selected. Each Corporate Responsibility User (CRU) must have a service term of two (2), one (1) or zero year(s). Sales tax calculated on unactivated price of handset. Early Termination Fee/Cancellation Fee (ETF): None if cancelled during the first 14 days (30 days for Corporate Responsibility Users) – up to $35 restocking fee applies (10% for tablets and accessories over $199); thereafter, ETF up to $150 or $325 depending on device (details at Subject to change. Other Monthly Charges:  Other monthly charges/line may include a Regulatory Cost Recovery Charge (up to $1.25), a gross receipts surcharge, federal and state universal svc charges, and other gov't assessments on AT&T. These are not taxes or gov't req'd charges. Other charges, surcharges, and taxes may apply. Additional Terms: Service discount available only when company maintains the required number and type of users and then only with respect to each qualified user. Service discount will be applied only to the monthly service charge of each user's qualified plans and not to any other charges of any kind (e.g., charges for other plans or features). AT&T will monitor the users associated with company’s account once each month and, if company qualifies, apply the discount within 30 days from the date of such monitoring; provided, however, that (a) it may take up to two (2) billing cycles for the discount to appear on qualified CRU and Individual Responsibility User (IRU) invoices, and (b) the discount will not be applied retroactively. Dedicated Business Customer Service consists of two support teams: National Business Services, which is available to one or more company contacts who are authorized to place orders on behalf of company, and Business End User Care, which is available to CRUs and IRUs by dialing 611 from their wireless device (800.888.7600).
