Q.What is the AT&T Exclusively Business program?
A
. AT&T Exclusively Business is a program created for small business which provides cost savings, 24/7 technical support, mobile business solutions consulting, and through the AT&T Mobile Business Agreement, discounts that qualified companies can extend to employees. The combined benefits of AT&T Exclusively Business and your AT&T Mobile Business Agreement include:

 

  • Up to 8% discount off the monthly service charge of your Corporate Responsibility Users’ (CRUs) eligible voice and data plans priced at $30.00 per month or higher  when you have 5 or more wireless users (including one CRU) associated with your AT&T Mobile Business account.
  • When you and your CRUs qualify for the 8% discount, employees who sign up as Individual Responsibility Users (IRUs) also get the discount with a qualified plan priced at $30.00 per month or higher.
  • Waived activation fees ($36 per line) for new Corporate Responsibility Users.
  • 24/7 business technical support for all users.
  • Consultation with small business specialists that can help you find the right wireless solution for your business.
  • Access to your personalized account management web site—the AT&T Premier Platform.

  

Q. Is there a fee or cost to become a member of the AT&T Exclusively Business program?
A
. No. There is no separate membership fee associated with the AT&T Exclusively Business program, but you must agree, on behalf of your company, to a new two-year AT&T Mobile Business Agreement. The agreement requires, among other things, that your company maintain at least one CRU on service at all times during the term of the agreement (additional taxes, charges and fees apply), and pay CRU-related cancellation fees in certain circumstances.

 

Q. How do I enroll my company in the AT&T Exclusively Business program?
A
. To join the AT&T Exclusively Business program, you must qualify for and agree to the terms and conditions of the AT&T Mobile Business Agreement and be approved to participate in the program. You can apply for an AT&T Mobile Business Agreement online, at company owned retail locations, at AT&T's authorized dealers, or through the AT&T Exclusively Business Center at 1 888-296-4561. Once your company's application for an AT&T Mobile Business Agreement is approved, your company will be automatically enrolled in the AT&T Exclusively Business program.

 

Q. Is my company required to have an AT&T Mobile Business Agreement to participate in the AT&T Exclusively Business program?
A
. Yes, companies must have an AT&T Mobile Business Agreement in place to participate in the AT&T Exclusively Business program. This is the only requirement to join the program.

 

Q. Can my company participate in the AT&T Exclusively Business program if my company has a Cingular Business Edge (CBE) contract in place?
A
. No. You will need to execute a new, two-year AT&T Mobile Business Agreement for your company.

 

Q. Who qualifies for waived activation fees?
A
. Waived $36 per line activation fees apply only to new lines of service for Corporate Responsibility Users (CRUs) activated under your company’s CRU Foundation Account Number (FAN). Your company will not receive credits for any existing lines of service that are migrated to your company’s CRU FAN after program enrollment, nor will any waivers apply to CRU upgrades.

 

Q. Can employees of my company who subscribe as Individual Responsibility Users also get waived activation fees?

No, only Corporate Responsibility Users (CRUs).

 

Q. How does my business qualify for voice and data monthly discounts?
A
.To receive the 8% monthly service discount available through AT&T Mobile Business, a minimum of five or more users and a least one Corporate Responsibility User (CRU) with qualified rate plans of $30.00 and higher is required.

 

Q. When will my business receive the waiver of activation fees?
A
.

 

  • Through the AT&T Premier Platform web site, the waiver of fees will occur at point of sale.
  • Through the AT&T Exclusively Business Center, the waiver of fees will occur at point of sale.
  • At company owned retail locations, the waiver of activation will occur at point of sale.

  

Q. What is AT&T Premier Platform?
A
. AT&T Premier Platform is AT&T’s business web portal which is customized for your company when you become a member of the AT&T Exclusively Business program. You and your designated employees can purchase devices, services and manage account activity through your AT&T Premier Platform web site. This site will automatically apply any discounts available to you under the AT&T Exclusively Business program.

 

Q. Does it cost extra to have an AT&T Premier Platform web site?
A
. No. Access to the AT&T Premier Platform is automatically provided to customers who sign an AT&T Mobile Business Agreement. Once you agree, on behalf of your company, to the AT&T Mobile Business Agreement (which is required to participate in AT&T Exclusively Business), we will create your AT&T Premier Platform web site with your company name prominently displayed on the home page.

 

Q. Do I need special equipment or software to access my company's customized AT&T Premier Platform web site?
A
. You must have a computer with an Internet connection and Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher to access your company's AT&T Premier Platform web site. No additional software is required.

 

Q. Who do I contact with additional questions regarding AT&T Exclusively Business?

. You can visit AT&T Exclusively Business for additional details about the benefits available under the program or AT&T Mobile Business for additional details about the benefits available under the agreement. Q. Can I sign up my tax-exempt small business online?
A
. Not at this time. Please visit a retail location for assistance.

   

Q. Why do you need my email address?
A
. Once you provide your email address through the online application and submit the form, we will send an email to the provided email address with a unique application order number and instructions for logging in to a special Web site. There you will be asked to agree, on behalf of your company, to the terms and conditions of the AT&T Mobile Business Agreement, which is required to participate in the AT&T Exclusively Business program. This email step is needed to validate the information you provided to us and to authenticate your electronic signature on the AT&T Mobile Business Agreement. We also need your email address in order to provide you with status notifications during the contract request process and, when your company is officially approved to participate in the program, your AT&T Mobile Business account information.

Q. Once I submit my AT&T Mobile Business Agreement application, how long before I know if my company is approved?
A
. There are several steps in the application process, and timing depends in part on you. After submitting your online application, you will receive an email asking you to accept the terms and conditions of the AT&T Mobile Business Agreement, which is required to participate in AT&T Exclusively Business. Once you've agreed to the contract terms on behalf of your company, a credit check will be performed on your company. Within five business days, you will receive an email updating you on the status of your application. If your contract request is approved, this email will confirm the effective date, initial contract term, and other details of your new AT&T Mobile Business Agreement.

 

Q. What happens once my company's AT&T Mobile Business Agreement has been approved?
A
. You will be notified by email and given instructions on how you and your employees may access your AT&T Premier Platform web site. This Web site is where you can order the devices and services you need to get started.

 

Q. I received notification that my company's application for an AT&T Mobile Business Agreement was not approved. Why?
A
. Your application for an AT&T Mobile Business Agreement (which must be approved to participate in the AT&T Exclusively Business program) may have been declined for a variety of reasons. If you feel there was an error in processing your application, you may reapply, visit a retail store or call 1-888-296-4561 for assistance.

 

Q. If I submit my company information online and my company is approved for an AT&T Mobile Business Agreement, can I still shop in AT&T retail stores and take advantage of combined AT&T Exclusively Business and AT&T Mobile Business benefits.

. Absolutely, the program benefits offered under AT&T Exclusively Business and AT&T Mobile Business are available online at the AT&T Exclusively Business Center and at retail stores.

 

Q. What is the difference between AT&T Mobile Business (AMB) Agreement and AT&T Exclusively Business (AEB) Program
A
. AT&T Exclusively Business is a program created for small business which provides cost savings, 24/7 technical support, mobile business solutions consulting. The AT&T Mobile Business is an Agreement that extends additional savings on AT&T's wireless plans, equipment, and services for qualifying businesses. To enroll in the AEB program, a business must qualify for and agree to the terms and conditions of the AMB agreement and be approved to participate in the AEB program.
