Billing, Payments, and Liability Changes

Billing Inquiries and Payment Options

 

eBill is the Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment capability of Premier. You can view BAN-level or even FAN-level billing analysis reports, changes to paperless billing, or enroll in auto-payment.

 

For general inquiries, such as:

 

  • Reviewing first month's bill
  • Air time overage charges
  • Roaming charges
  • Billable charges/equipment invoices
  • Long distance/directory assistance charges

Transfer of Billing Responsibility

 

Under certain circumstances you can change the financial responsibility on an account from the business customer to an End User. This transfer of billing responsibility usually requires that the line move to a new BAN# and a new FAN#.

 

Telecom Managers may use Premier to transfer billing responsibility. See http://www.wireless.att.com/business.

Choose option for changing the financial responsibility on an account.

Saturday, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern Time

 

Billing Changes

 

Telecom Managers may use Premier to make various types of billing changes. See http://www.wireless.att.com/business. Billing changes include changes such as updating the wireless user information, updating billing contact information, reassigning billing accounts, or reassigning foundation numbers.
