Exchange ActiveSync: Microsoft Direct Push uses the Exchange ActiveSync protocol to facilitate wireless synchronization of email calendar and contacts. Microsoft has licensing programs for the Exchange ActiveSync protocol. You can take advantage of Exchange ActiveSync wireless synchronization through compatible devices at AT&T including devices from Apple, Nokia, and HP.
