Q: What should I know before I purchase a tablet?
A: You'll want to consider things such as the screen size, battery life, and camera quality. Also think about the processor (speed), accessories, and applications available for the different tablets.

 

Q: If I purchase my integrated device directly from the manufacturer, will they include the wireless antenna?
A: Yes. Many manufacturers, such as Dell®, Panasonic®, Lenovo®, HP®, and Samsung®, have modems available to connect to the AT&T network. Let your sales representative know that you want a wireless antenna installed so that you can connect to the AT&T network. In many cases, the manufacturer can the install the antenna and activate service with AT&T for you.

 

Q: If I purchase integrated devices from a reseller, such as Insight or CDW, can I still have a wireless antenna installed?
A: Yes. AT&T has existing relationships with many resellers, including Insight and CDW. Resellers sell many different makes and models of integrated devices, many of which can connect to the AT&T network. Let your reseller know that you want a wireless antenna installed so that you can connect to the AT&T network. Many larger resellers can also activate service with AT&T for you.

 

Q: What's 4G LTE, and how fast is it?
A: 4G stands for the fourth generation of wireless phone standards and technology. 4G LTE data speeds are up to 10x* faster than 3G. Learn more.

 

Q: What's Android™?
A: Android™ is an open source operating system (OS) developed by Google and the Open Handset Alliance. Open Handset Alliance is a consortium of manufacturers, operators, and hardware and software developers. The Android OS is the first open and license-free mobile operating system.
