SYMPTOM:
Contact information not synchronized properly via BlackBerry Intellisync
Contacts synchronized on the RIM BlackBerry handheld but not Outlook
FIX:
  1. Start the BlackBerry Desktop Manager.
  2. Select Intellisync.

  3. Select Configure PIM.

  4. Select the desired Handheld Application and click Configure >Advanced settings.

  5. Click on Field Mapping.

  6. The Outlook mailbox name will appear. Click OK.

  7. Select Reset or choose desired fields and select OK.
