FIX:

Prerequisite: If using BlackBerry Enterprise Server 3.6 and prior, connect the RIM BlackBerry handheld to the desktop computer and generate the encryption key manually.

Single Handheld:

  1. In the BlackBerry Manager, click on the name of the BlackBerry Enterprise Server.
  2. Click the User List tab.
  3. Click on the user account.
  4. In the bottom panel, click IT Admin.
  5. Click Resend Service Book.

Multiple Handhelds:

  1. In the BlackBerry Manager, click on the name of the BlackBerry Enterprise Server.
  2. Click the User List tab.
  3. Click on the first user account.
  4. Press CTRL and click as many other user accounts as desired.
  5. In the bottom panel, click IT Admin.
  6. Click Resend Service Book.


All Handhelds:

  1. In the BlackBerry Manager, click on the name of the BlackBerry Enterprise Server.
  2. Click the User List tab.
  3. Click on the first user account.
  4. Press SHIFT and click the last user account to select all accounts.
  5. In the bottom panel, click IT Admin.
  6. Click Resend Service Book
