The BlackBerry Internet Service 2.x service books may also be sent from the device.

Prerequisite

Access BlackBerry Internet Service

Procedure

  1. Access the BlackBerry Internet Service at www.mycingular.blackberry.com.

       
  2. Click Service Books.

       
  3. Click Send Service Books.

       
  4. A confirmation will display once the Service Books have been successfully sent. Click OK
    NOTE: An individual service book will be received for each integrated e-mail account. RIM BlackBerry devices using Handheld Software version 4.1 and later will receive a separate Messages inbox icon for each integrated e-mail account.


       
  5. The device should receive an activation message in the Inbox indicating the service book has been received.
  6. Verify the service book has been received.
  7. If further assistance is needed, please contact Customer Care.
