What if I forget my Premier login information?
To retrieve your username or password, use the Forgot your username or password link on the Premier login page (att.com/premier).
Can I link my new Premier username and profile to an existing AT&T Business profile?
If you already have a profile for another AT&T Business website, you'll have the option to link it to the new Premier username during the registration process.

How do I know if I'm eligible to self-register for Premier?
If you're a company administrator in 1 of these roles, you can self-register:
- Telecom manager
- Day-to-day contact
- Decision maker
You may also be able to self-register if you manage the wireless services for a small business that doesn't have an AT&T business agreement, or if you're an end user who receives wireless service under a corporate account and your administrator grants this permission.
What do I need to self-register as a company administrator?
To self-register as an administrator you need:
- Your email address. The address must use a domain that's on file for your organization.
- The foundation account number (FAN) or a wireless number that's on your organization's account.
- The FAN authentication PIN that was sent to the business email address we have on your account.
What if I don't know the FAN PIN?
You'll need to have the FAN PIN reset. We can help. Call us at 800.331.0500, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. CT or Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. CT.
How do I self-register if I'm the company administrator?
If you qualify for self-registration, follow these steps:
- Go to the Premier login page and click Register now. The Register page opens.
- Select Administrator, and then click Continue.
- Enter your email address, the foundation account number or wireless number, and FAN PIN, and then click Continue.
- Open the Complete your Premier registration email and validate your email.
- Complete the required information, check the box to acknowledge that you've read and accept the Terms and Conditions, and then click Continue. The Profile complete page appears.
- Click OK to return to the login page.
What will I need to self-register if I'm an end user or I manage a small business account without a contract?
To self-register you need:
- Your email address. The address must use a domain that's on file for your organization.
- The wireless number and phone that's assigned to you.
How do I self-register as an end user or small business account manager?
If you qualify for self-registration, follow these steps:
- Go to the Premier login page and click Register now. The Register page opens.
- Select the role Wireless end user.
- Enter your email address and your wireless number; then click Continue.
- Open the Complete your Premier registration email and validate your email.
- Select 1 of the following options:
- Have a PIN sent to the number you entered.
- Enter the last 4 digits of the SIM number for your phone.
- Follow the prompts based on your previous selection, and then click Continue.
- Enter the required information, and then click Continue.
- Complete the required information, check the box to acknowledge that you've read and accept the Terms and Conditions, and then click Continue. The Profile complete page appears.
- Click OK to go to the login page.
I pay for my own devices and service. Can I register for Premier?
Typically, if you receive discounts through your company and are financially responsible for your own device and service, you use myAT&T instead of Premier to shop and manage your account.

What if I receive a message saying that I'm not eligible to self-register for Premier?
There are several reasons you might not be eligible for self-registration. If you're unable to register, contact your administrator. If you don't have an administrator or if you are an administrator, we can help. Call us at 800.331.0500, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. CT or Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. CT.
Reasons you might be ineligible:
- You haven't entered all required information, or some entries are incorrect.
- Your account status (for example, suspended or canceled) limits your access.
- Your account type isn't eligible for self-registration.
- Your email domain is not valid for your organization.
- Your company doesn't have a Premier website.
- You're an account administrator and not eligible to self-register for Premier.
Who do I call for help registering?
If you have questions about your eligibility or are unable to register, call us at 800.331.0500, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. CT or Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. CT.
Security and Privacy
Why do I need to verify my identity?
To protect our customers' sensitive information, Premier uses a 2-part security protocol. This added security helps ensure that the person registering and logging in is authorized and owns and has access to the email address or phone number provided.
Is my information secure?
Our customers' security is one of our highest priorities. We use your information in accordance with the strict guidelines of our privacy policy and take every precaution to protect your sensitive data. Your personal information will not be shared or used for any purpose other than enhancing your experience with AT&T and we do not sell our customers' information.
Is Premier an HTTPS site?
Yes. We use Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS) on the Premier website to provide a safe environment for processing sensitive information. HTTPS uses a network security protocol that safeguards the security and confidentiality of your transactions and your sensitive information on the Premier website.
Any information exchanged with an AT&T address beginning with "https" is encrypted using this certificate before transmission.
Is it safe to select Remember this device?
You should select this option only if the device is not used by others. If you select it, each time the device is used to access Premier, the system assumes that the user is authorized to do so.
Why am I being asked for my information when I have Remember this device and Remember my username selected?
Your organization might prohibit cookies and prevent the browser from storing user information. To use these features, you must have cookies enabled and we must be able to recognize the IP address of the device.
