After you access eBill, you are presented with the eBill Home page, a launch pad for all billing self-service activities. The page also includes a snapshot of real-time balance information for the foundation account or billing account selected.
The contents of the page differs according to:
- Your role and permissions, depending on whether you are a:
- Company Administrator - Telecommunications managers and business care managers with foundation account level access.
- Billing Account Manager - Billing account administrators or end users with billing account-level access.
- Wireless User - Corporate Responsibility User (CRU) or subscriber of a specific wireless number (CTN).
- The type of foundation account selected:
- Billing
- Reporting
- Fulfillment
- The account level selected:
- Foundation Account (if applicable)
- Billing Account
- Wireless Number
