eBill makes it easy to get the kind of help and support you need, when you need it.

The title bar (or top navigation bar) on each eBill page gives you access to various types of online tools. Choose the tool that best suits your needs, such as:

  • An interactive Help system
  • A downloadable User Guide
  • An online Tutorial
  • Training videos on specific tasks

Additionally, eBill offers:

  • Easily accessible field sensitive Quick Help
  • An all inclusive data dictionary that indexes all reports and explains all available fields for the reports
  • Separate data dictionaries for each specific report
  • Real-time support from a billing expert via the Click to Chat feature
  • Contact information for specialized help
