For example, with one click you can run all the reports immediately, or you can set all reports to run automatically on a specific day each month. Note that DDP is no longer required for automatic generation. You can also drag and drop reports between folders or click icons to run individual reports immediately. When it's complete, you'll find the offline report on the Report History page. You can also save a report with custom or default settings. You'll find the saved report in the Saved Reports Templates section of the Reports Home page. You can always restore the report's default settings, if needed.

The "Bulk Paperless Billing" enhancement allows a company administrator to enable paperless billing for all the billing account numbers (BANs) under a selected foundation account number (FAN) with a single request.
    • Here are some important points:
      • For access to the updated Paperless Billing Settings page, click the Go Paperless menu option.
      • Company administrators have two options, Change All Accounts, and Change This Account Only. Billing account managers only have the option to Change This Account Only. This means:
        • Billing account managers can only request paperless billing on a per billing account basis, and this procedure has not changed.
        • Company administrators can request paperless billing on a foundation account, or a billing account basis.

      • The billing accounts included in the bulk request are determined by the last foundation account invoice received. Accounts added to the foundation account later are not automatically enrolled in paperless billing. Accounts removed from the foundation account do not have paperless billing disabled.
      • Only one Bulk Paperless Request per foundation account is allowed.

    • For company administrators who want to perform a bulk paperless request, follow these steps:
      1. Click Go Paperless.
      2. Click Change All Accounts (if not preselected).
        • To select a different foundation account, click Change Foundation Account and select one before proceeding.

      3. Click Invoke Paperless.
      4. Click OK when asked to confirm your request.
      5. Check for email notification that the process is complete.
      6. Subscribe to the Bill Ready alert to be notified when the bills are ready to view.
    • For company administrator who want to request paperless billing for a single account, follow these steps:
      1. Click Go Paperless.
      2. Select Change This Account Only (if not preselected).
        • If you do not have a billing account selected, or want to select a different billing account, click Change Billing Account and select one before proceeding.

      3. Click Enabled to go paperless (if the account is currently receiving paper bills).
      4. Click Invoke Paperless.
      5. Wait for the Bill Ready alert to notify you when the bill for this account is ready to view.
    • To disable Paperless Billing, call your account representative for assistance. You cannot use Premier eBill to disable paperless billing (or turn paper billing back on).
  • Download Account Bill Image PDF: You can view a PDF of your invoice in real time, depending on the number of pages.
    • If the PDF has 1,000 pages or less, it appears online.
    • If the PDF has more than 1,000 pages:
      • It appears on the Report History page within 1 to 24 hours of the request, depending on the size of the PDF and the number of concurrent requests.
      • The name of the PDF identifies the billing account, its bill date, and whether or not it includes usage details.
      • To know when the PDF is complete, subscribe to the Offline Report is Ready alert.

Note: Invoices prior to February 2012 do not reflect the recent format enhancements.

  • Bill Comparison: More comparison choices have been added to the billing account drop-down menu. When you compare historical bills (invoices generated before the February 2012 release) with current bills, you may see a difference in formats.
