The Create/View Customized Reports page appears. To help you understand the content and format of data for all reports, a link to a technical specifications document, called a data dictionary, is provided at the upper-right of the page. A separate data dictionary is available for every report by clicking the link below each report name.
The 12 predefined reports are grouped into four categories.
- The report in the Group Charges category generates a complete view of the shared data for each group plan and its end users. View an example of a Group Charges report.
- The report in the Summary Charges category generates a complete view of the main charges for each account and end user.
- All reports in the Detail Charges category generate a detailed list of each charge for the appropriate billing entities, based on the billing entity selected.
- All reports in the Usage Detail category generate a detailed list of events for each wireless number under the selected billing entity.
