Billing Account Payment Activities

eBill provides a number of payment options to make paying your bill quick and convenient while maintaining your security and privacy.  Available payment options include:

§         One-time payments – Pay a specific amount at a specific time.

§         Recurring payments (AutoPay)  – Automatically pay your balance each billing period.

§         Remittance form  – Print the form and submit a payment by mail.

You can make online payments using either an accepted credit card or check card (Visa , MasterCard , Discover, and American Express ), or you can make the payment by transferring funds from your bank account by an Electronic Funds Transfer  (EFT ). All online payments are made using encryption to help protect your sensitive data. After you verify your information, any subsequent display of the data will mask critical fields so no one can obtain this information from our online presentation.

In addition to making payments on your account, you can review past payment activity to verify that any payments have been received and recorded correctly, including any payments remitted by other means.

Not all users are permitted to use one or both online payment options. For Billing Accounts on a national corporate contract and Foundation Account, eBill enforces the company’s preferences for payments as designated in the profile for the Foundation Account. To modify these preferences, an authorized company representative should contact their Mobility Account Team representative, or contact Premier Support.

For some Billing Accounts, payment activities are not available. This includes Billing Accounts belonging to Billing Foundation Accounts and Billing Accounts that are from an Affiliate . These Billing Accounts will not be available for selection in any payment processes as payment should not be made on those Billing Accounts using eBill.
