Premier eBill reports can help you analyze your billing data.

  • eBill supports two report types:
    • Predefined or Standard reports, predefined by the system.
    • Customized reports, based on the Standard report with user modifications.
  • Reports can access up to 16 months of billing history.

  • Output formats vary according to the foundation account type selected:
    • For Billing and Reporting foundation accounts, output formats include:
      • Online Presentation
      • Formatted Excel® Format
      • Standard Excel Report
      • Comma (no heading)
      • Comma (with heading)
      • Pipe (with heading)
      • Tab Delimited
      • PDF Landscape
      • PDF Portrait
    • For Fulfillment reports only online presentation is available.

  • All reports are displayed online by default. Reports that exceed the processing time limit for online display are generated offline.
    • Offline reports for Fulfillment foundation accounts appear on the Download Files page as a CSV file. To be notified online and by email when an offline report is available, subscribe to The Offline Report/Download File can now be viewed alert.
    • Bill Analysis offline reports for Billing and Reporting foundation accounts appear on the Report History page in their specified format. To be notified online and by email when an offline report is available, select the option Notify Me When download request is completed on the Output Format tab of the report's modification page.
  • Saved reports can be automatically generated each month.

  • For Billing or Reporting foundation accounts enrolled in Data Delivery Portal (DDP), you can request that Bill Analysis reports be sent to your company's server on-demand or recurring.

  • You can request an offline report based on the raw data from the AT&T billing systems for all foundation account types. Optionally, these reports can be set up for recurrence and/or delivered to your company server each month.

Note: The specific reporting features available to you depend on the type of foundation account selected and your user role.
