View Service Charges Summary for Billing Accounts
For each Billing Account, you can use eBill to see specific types of charges incurred during a given billing period. Service Charges include details regarding:
§ Monthly Rate Plan Charges
§ Other Services Charges (Optional Features)
§ Monthly Wireless Data Charges (not Data Usage Charges)
§ Promotional Adjustments or Discounts
§ Monthly Access and Feature Charges MRC Modifiers
The Service Charges Summary includes a breakdown of charges to the Billing Account level, and charges made to individual wireless numbers. For most values, you can click the number to view a more detailed breakdown of the charges under that category. In addition a link is available to view the full Billing Account invoice.

1. From the Billing Account Summary page, in the Account Level Charges section click the amount under the column Service Charges (the number is a link to a breakdown of the included charges and credits). The Service Charges Summary page appears.
